Where are you located?
We are located at 1130 N Nimitz Hwy. Suite B295, in the Nimitz Center. To find us, turn into the Nimitz Center at the traffic light across Pier 38. Go behind the building. There will be a ramp to lead you up to the second level. Drive straight to see a parking lot on your left. Turn into this lot, and when facing the C Building (Nimitz Business Suites) we will be on the right side. There is free parking available.

What is an escape room?
An escape room, also known as escape or breakout games, is an interactive adventure in which players uncover hidden clues, solve puzzles, and complete an objective within 60 minutes (1 hour). Each game has a theme or background story that will keep you engaged and entertained.

Who can participate?
Anyone can play! It's great for families, friends, and corporate team building.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by a participating adult. We recommend the games for ages 9 and older as some aspects of the game may be too complex. However, it is okay with adult supervision. Everyone age 6 and older must pay as a participant. An adult must be present to sign a waiver for anyone under 18 years old.

How can I book?
You can book online. Booking online is the fastest and most secure method to make your reservation. Call us at 808-797-8147 if you have questions or need help making your reservations. We can take walk-ins per availability, but please keep in mind that staff may not be available if we do not see a reservation made. It's best to make your booking in advance.
How much does it cost?
The cost is $35* per person. If you have a large group and need more than one room, contact us for group rates.

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your booking time to get checked in. Your game starts at the time of your reservation! Although we can do a short grace period, we have to keep the schedule on time and your time may be deducted if you are late.
How can I add more people to my reservation?
We recommend that one person book the entire room ahead of time. When you reserve a room, it will be a private game. If you wish to add more people, you may do so when you arrive. Additional players are charged at the current price. Any promotions used in the original booking are valid only if they are not expired.

Can I overbook a room?
Generally, we do not prefer to allow more than the maximum amount as it will impact your overall game experience. Please contact us with any questions.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel, we are unable to refund you the cost of the room. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will be able to move your date/time once. Please refer to the terms and conditions during your booking process and in your confirmation for full details.
